80 acres of rolling hills with turnouts of every size for every need, horses are safe and happy. Plenty of room and exposure to life on the ranch can lead to a happy horse with a calm mind. I have found that all horses do best when they have the ability to move freely.
Rest, Rehab & Retirement
Rest = Recuperate
Large turnouts when appropriate and a buddy when called for. Horses recuperation depends on good, healthy rest. When rest after injury or after season down time is called for, we can provide the shelter and routine that will help your horse recover. We also offer active retirement to keep your horse fit.
Our Standard Care
- Fed twice daily
- Pens cleaned daily
- Health checks done throughout the day
- Supply and administer rotational wormer
- Access to mineral and salt blocks
- Owner supplied supplements fed
Maintenance for good measure
- Farrier is on a regular schedule and as-needed basis for special therapeutic or medical requirements.
- Vaccinations are given twice each year by a licensed equine veterinarian. The cost of the vaccines, teeth floating (if necessary) and any other necessary vet treated items will be billed to you directly from the veterinarian.
- Chiropractic care is available and recommended when appropriate.
